Principal Architect, Business
We are seeking a Principal Architect, Business to join our Solution Assurance team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management and process engineering, and will be responsible for designing optimized solutions and implementing best practices for our customers. This is a remote position that can be based anywhere in Canada or the USA.
Requirements
- College/University degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- 7 to 10 years’ experience in manufacturing, demand planning, computer science, information technology or related discipline.
- Broad expertise and knowledge of Supply Chain Management processes, concepts, best practices and functional supply chain solutions.
- Proficiency in analytics, dashboards and scorecards; SQL skills and relational database experience is an asset.
- Strong collaboration skills to work with other internal groups including documentation, curriculum development, project management, and deployment consultants.
- Project management expertise including risk mitigating, resource planning, and mobilizing resources to conduct quality work within deadlines.
- Advanced analytical, design, and systems thinking skills, and a clear understanding of change management.
- Extensive knowledge of tactical and operative planning processes.
- Intermediate knowledge of Maestro solution functionality.
- Excellent communication and ability to effectively facilitate meetings, including brainstorming sessions. Able to present information in an engaging manner to a diverse audience.
- Excellent influencing skills, even without direct authority.
- Effective interpersonal skills and ability to work well across all levels in the organization.
- Ability to build strong relationships and credibility with internal & external stakeholders.
- Open to travel 50% on average and can work effectively when working remotely from client sites.
