Candidates must have a Indiana license or compact license (required for submission). Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local. Flu vaccination required after submission. Declinations not accepted.

Additional Details
All jobs with a 12 hour schedule have the option of a 36 or 48 hour work week.
No Block Scheduling.
Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates need to have employment separation for at least 6 months to be considered for a travel position.
In order to receive travel rate, clinician’s claimed residence must match address on drivers license.
Driver License is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license.
Must have minimum 2 years in large hospital setting, comfortable with case load of around 25 patients.
Acute Inpatient Case Manager.
Adult inpatient unit, could include med/surg, cardiology, oncology, ICU, or ortho.
Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/TDAP declinations.
7 days maximum time off
2 references from any number of months (Charge/Lead reference type) - required for submission
Proof of identification required for submission
