Clinical Associate, Bilingual

Description: • Clinical Associate in interdisciplinary virtual and home based (house calls + telehealth) medical practice called Devoted Medical • Liaison between healthcare services and Devoted members, supporting clinicians and coordinating care across PCPs, pharmacies, DME, home health, imaging, lab testing • Pre-visit prep, video onboarding, post-visit prep, order management/care coordination, triage support, patient education • Support includes coordinating DME and skilled nursing services, arranging lab/imaging, notifying members of lab results and coordinating follow up, collecting medical records, setting and confirming appointments • Follow up post ER and Dispatch Health visits, review internal program referrals, send welcome kits and educational materials • May include occasional weekend hours through optional overtime Requirements: • Certification of Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA)- certification required, but doesn’t have to be active! • Fully bilingual (English/Spanish) • Two (2) years of patient facing experience • Prior primary care experience (a plus) • Experienced in care coordination, particularly helping Medicare patients to close stars care gaps/ complete preventative health screenings • Comfortable working with members via video, phone, portal • Quick to adopt and learn new technologies, including electronic health records and various computer platforms (e.g., Google Chrome, Google Sheets) • Strong communicator, able to effectively interact with various stakeholders including doctors, pharmacies, nurses, and caregivers • Highly organized and adaptable, able to manage a large member panel (100+ if needed) Benefits: • Employer sponsored health, dental and vision plan with low or no premium • Generous paid time off • $100 monthly mobile or internet stipend • Stock options for all employees • Bonus eligibility for all roles excluding Director and above; Commission eligibility for Sales roles • Parental leave program • 401K program • And more....
