About the Role
We’re seeking a Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our healthcare support team in Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. You’ll be the first point of contact for patients and families—helping with appointments, billing, medical records, and insurance-related inquiries. Your empathy and professionalism will ensure a positive experience for every patient.
What You’ll Do
• Handle incoming calls with professionalism and empathy.
• Schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments.
• Provide guidance on insurance coverage and benefits.
• Assist with billing questions and patient portal navigation.
• Document interactions accurately and escalate complex cases when needed.
What We’re Looking For
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Comfort in handling insurance-related questions.
• Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or healthcare support (preferred, not required).
