The Senior Talent Management Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.ResponsibilitiesWorking with our IT leaders and our HR business partners, this role will:Identify opportunities for IT to develop, launch, and maintain an IT Onboarding program.Work with various partners to create an onboarding program that supports the Humana corporate onboarding program and collaborates with existing onboarding programs.Be responsible for researching and staying up to date on onboarding best practices and maintain the program designed and launchedSupport training programs focused on upskilling the IT associates, including facilitation of programsThe Senior Talent Management Professional makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction.
