Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our sustainable supply chain and compliance initiatives. As a Project Manager - Sustainable Supply Chain and Compliance, you will be responsible for identifying and assessing risks associated with our suppliers, developing and implementing strategies to mitigate those risks, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including our procurement, engineering, and sustainability teams, as well as external partners and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supply Chain Risk Management: Identify and assess risks associated with our suppliers, including risks related to sustainability, compliance, and business continuity.
• Compliance and Regulatory Requirements: Ensure that our supply chain is compliant with regulatory requirements, including those related to sustainability, labor, and human rights.
• Supplier Engagement and Development: Develop and implement strategies to engage with suppliers, improve their sustainability performance, and ensure compliance with our requirements.
• Data Management and Analysis: Collect, analyze, and report on data related to our supply chain, including data on sustainability performance, compliance, and risk.
• Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including procurement, engineering, and sustainability teams, as well as external partners and suppliers, to ensure that our supply chain is sustainable, responsible, and compliant.
• GIS and Data Visualization: Use GIS systems to build data visualizations that integrate multiple data sources and highlight potential areas of risk.
• Training and Capacity Building: Develop and lead training programs for internal and external stakeholders on sustainable supply chain management and compliance.

What You'll Bring

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Communications, Geographic Information Systems, or Sustainability, or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in supply chain management, sustainability, or compliance, preferably in the automotive, technology, or energy sectors.
• Knowledge: Broad knowledge of supply chains, including sustainable supply chain management, compliance, and risk management.
• Skills: Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to present complex issues in a clear and concise manner.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's Degree: Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Communications, Geographic Information Systems, or Sustainability.
• Experience: Experience working with ArcGIS or similar systems to build GIS visualizations integrating multiple data sources.
• Language: Fluency in multiple languages, particularly Chinese, Spanish, or Portuguese.
• Certifications: Certifications in supply chain management, sustainability, or compliance, such as CSCP, CPIM, or CCEP.
