We're seeking a seasoned and experienced Customer Support Representative to join our Remote Health Team. About the Role
This is a full-time, remote position that requires a strong and diverse skillset in customer service, health and wellness, and technology. As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing assistance to our clients via phone, SMS, chat, and email. You'll assist with account adjustments, appointment scheduling, system navigation, answer general questions, and de-escalate and triage challenging situations. Our ideal candidate is a proven performer with a strong knowledge of customer experience (CX) principles and processes, as well as experience working with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily phone, chat, and email customer service requests originating from customers and teammates
- Communicate promptly and effectively with clients and team members
- Answer basic client questions about nutrition, health, fitness, and the DEXA technology
- Assist event and support teams with outbound customer communications regarding service logistics, as well as internal triaging of issues
Requirements
We're looking for a candidate with the following qualifications and skills:
- Previous, extensive customer service experience required
- Passion for health and wellness is a must!
- Strong knowledge of customer experience (CX) principles and processes
- Experience working with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Work Schedule
This is a 5-day a week fully remote position with the following schedule:
- Sunday and Thursday: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM CST
- Monday, Tuesday, and Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM CST
- First two weeks of training: Monday - Friday
- Sundays are mandatory
- Wednesdays and Saturdays off
- Schedule is subject to change to accommodate business needs (ample notice provided)
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package, including:
- Expected first-year compensation at over $22/hour or $45,760 annually, including monthly bonuses
- Starting base rate for this role is $22/hour
- Full-time team members receive $500 per month in team bonuses if we hit our monthly team revenue and individual performance goals
- All team members, regardless of status or position, are eligible for stock option grants, which are awarded based on performance annually
- We expect both hourly and bonus compensation to grow as the company grows, and all base wages are adjusted for inflation and cost of living changes
