Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain computer applications, including coding, debugging, and documentation
• Perform full life cycle responsibilities for assigned applications, including analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop solutions to meet those needs
• Provide technical support and maintenance for existing applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies, applying this knowledge to improve the Court's technology solutions

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following minimum qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Two (2) years of full-time (or equivalent) experience performing coding, testing, debugging, basic design, and documentation of computer applications (Applications Developer I)
• Three (3) years of full-time (or equivalent) experience in applications design and development (Applications Developer II)

Desirable Experience

The following experience is highly desirable for this role:

• Experience working with Oracle databases and PL/SQL programming
• Experience with Oracle 12c or higher
• Experience with object-oriented design and developing web solutions (Java/.NET)
• Experience with data modeling
