About The Role
We're looking for an experienced HR Generalist to collaborate with our leadership team to identify, develop, and retain top talent. You'll be responsible for driving HR initiatives that promote a culture of inclusivity, diversity, and excellence. As a trusted advisor to our management team, you'll provide expert guidance on HR-related matters, talent development, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Development and Succession Planning: Collaborate with management to identify backup and emerging talent, create development plans, and track progress.
- HR Strategy and Initiatives: Drive HR projects and programs that align with business objectives, including diversity and inclusion initiatives, employee engagement, and retention strategies.
- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Partner with management to source, screen, and select top talent for exempt and non-exempt positions, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Performance Management and Feedback: Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance management, employee development plans, and feedback mechanisms.
- Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs, including new hire orientation, leadership development, and HR-related topics.
- Employee Relations and Engagement: Investigate and resolve employee relations issues, analyze turnover trends, and develop strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Compensation and Benefits: Drive compensation and performance management initiatives, including job description development and updates.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a related HR role.
- A strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and laws.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in HR systems, including HRIS and performance management tools.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
Preferred Qualifications
