About the Role: Customer Support Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled and passionate Customer Support Specialist to join our customer success team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in supporting our growing community of holistic practitioners, ensuring they have an exceptional experience on our platform. Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Track client payments and ensure seamless transactions
  • Host live onboarding and support calls over Zoom to provide personalized guidance and support
  • Perform various ad-hoc tasks that arise in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Collaborate with the customer success team to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2+ years of customer support experience, with a proven track record of success

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:

We're offering a competitive salary range of $32-36K US for this role, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
