This remote position offers a unique chance to lead a global SAP transformation program, driving success in engagement management and finance through the deployment of SAP S/4HANA.

About the Opportunity

As a Director, SAP Finance & Engagement Management Transformation, you'll play a pivotal role in our global SAP transformation program. This initiative aims to revolutionize our finance and engagement management processes, leveraging the power of SAP S/4HANA to drive efficiency, innovation, and growth. With your expertise and leadership, you'll help shape the future of our organization, ensuring seamless integration and extension designs, as well as data conversion designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the completion of our global SAP transformation program, focusing on engagement management and finance enabled by SAP S/4HANA.
• Plan and support the socialization of local business cases that align with the overall objectives of the transformation program.
• Oversee critical deliverables, including the coordination of regional workshops to establish regional architecture.
• Facilitate the resolution of business design decisions, ensuring seamless integration and extension designs, as well as data conversion designs.
• Mobilize and train teams for deployment in various regions, equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
• Develop and implement strategies that align with our global vision, driving success in finance and engagement management.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A minimum of ten years of recent experience successfully leading large-scale SAP projects.
• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
• Extensive experience in SAP finance and engagement management transformation, with a focus on global deployment (strongly preferred).
• Strong knowledge of SAP finance and engagement management modules, including SAP S/4HANA Finance.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Willingness to undertake occasional international travel.

Compensation and Benefits

We're offering a competitive hourly rate of $90 - $150 USD for this contract opportunity. As a KPMG Assignment Select contractor, you'll also have access to:
