Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Provide expert technical guidance and consultation to infrastructure architects and engineers, ensuring the secure deployment of technology and adherence to the highest security standards.

Essential Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or 6+ years of previous technical experience, specifically in security architecture.
• Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, SANS, Security+, etc., are mandatory.
• 6+ years of experience in IT security, with a focus on security architecture and a proven track record of designing and implementing secure enterprise architectures.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to both senior executives and technical teams.
• A detailed understanding of the threats faced by direct-to-consumer and digital platform organizations, as well as working knowledge of at least one programming language (Python, Go, etc.).
• Proven hands-on experience with securing cloud infrastructure, global hybrid architectures, operating systems (Microsoft, Linux, MacOS, etc.), and application security topics such as the OWASP top 10.
• A thorough understanding of network and compute architectures, compliance and regulatory frameworks, and how they impact architecture designs and reviews.
