Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional instruction/tutoring services to students, creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters academic excellence and personal growth

• Assess students' progress throughout instructional sessions, working collaboratively with team members to deliver the best possible experience for students and identify areas for improvement
• Evaluate, grade, and correct student work and homework, providing constructive feedback and guidance to help students achieve their full potential
• Support the maintenance of a clean and professional learning environment, ensuring that our center is a safe, welcoming, and productive space for all students
• Assist with non-teaching/instructional tasks as needed, contributing to the overall success and efficiency of our team

Essential Qualifications

• A passion for math and working with students, with a strong desire to make a positive impact on their lives and academic achievement
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
• Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I, with a strong foundation in mathematical concepts and principles
