About the Role

As a Customer Experience Representative at blithequark, you'll be at the heart of our customer service operations, delivering first-class customer service in every interaction. In a fast-paced call center environment, you'll be solving customer issues and acting as a salesperson, product guru, billing expert, and more. You'll be the one on the front line to help us solve our customers' challenges and deliver on our promise of superior customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming calls from customers and responding to requests about installation, disconnection, changes to service, and blithequark products and services.
  • Identifying customer needs and proactively offering our products and services to enhance their experience.
  • Contacting customers by phone or in writing concerning past due payments and working with them to find a resolution.
  • Investigating and resolving customer inquiries and disputes on service, billing, rates, adjustments, and policy issues in a fair and timely manner.
  • Verifying service order accuracy and completeness and making corrections/changes as needed to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Working evenings, weekends, holidays, and unscheduled shifts as determined by the needs of the business to ensure our customers receive the support they need.

Essential Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent required; a related Associate Degree or 2+ years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Customer Service call center experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • A positive, professional attitude and a strong commitment to customer service excellence.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Knowledge of blithequark products and services, or the ability to quickly learn and understand our offerings.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology systems.
