About the position
Responsibilities
• Onboard new employees and manage HR workflows.
• Facilitate employee moves and organize new hires for orientation.
• Manage and analyze HR reports and prepare meeting materials.
• Maintain HR records and manage the interview process for junior HR talent.
• Coordinate employee relations events, including logistics and content management.
• Manage employee files and ensure compliance with documentation standards.
• Support the HR team with calendar scheduling and travel reporting.
• Prepare meeting presentations and assist with special HR projects.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree received within the last 12 months or a Master's degree with no more than a 5-month gap in education history.
• Possess a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Prior internship or office experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrated analytical skills using tools like Excel.
• High emotional intelligence and cross-cultural awareness.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and sense of confidentiality.
• Customer service orientation with the ability to escalate issues appropriately.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Nice-to-haves
• Experience in HR or related fields during internships.
• Familiarity with HR compliance and administrative processes.
