Job Summary

We're looking for an experienced Customer Relations Call Center Agent to provide exceptional customer service to our valued pharmacy customers. As a Customer Relations Call Center Agent, you will serve as a customer advocate, responding to customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing solutions that delight our customers. This is a full-time opportunity that requires a strong passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer calls, emails, and letters in a timely and professional manner, upholding blithequark's purpose and values.
  • Serve as a customer advocate, researching, responding, or interpreting company procedures or policies to resolve customer concerns.
  • Collaborate with field management, category managers, and other departments to resolve customer concerns in a timely and proficient manner.
  • Review and process incoming phone calls, emails, and letters, and respond to customers either on the phone or via written communications.
  • Utilize strong PC skills, toggling between different applications, and demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft (MS) Windows-based applications and MS Office.
  • Articulate program details to customers over the telephone and in writing, providing clear and concise information.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 consecutive year of experience in customer service.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
  • Strong PC skills, with proficiency in Microsoft (MS) Windows-based applications and MS Office.
  • Flexibility in work schedule and ability to complete a paid company training program.
  • Verifiable High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in Spanish.
  • Prior inbound Call Center experience.
  • Previous experience working from home.
  • Prior retail experience or Pharmacy experience.
