Key Responsibilities

• Drive Sales Growth: Contribute directly to sales and margin objectives within assigned categories, analyzing market trends and developing strategies to optimize sales performance.
• Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze important data and integrate findings and recommendations into Class Plans, including ideal SKU mix, Extracare loyalty programs, and special projects.
• Strategic Execution: Drive the strategic execution of everyday assortment activities, such as tracking sales performance, monitoring promotions, and making adjustments as needed.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal teams, including Stock, Estimating, Merchandising, Finance, Store Brands, Store Design, Marketing, and Store Operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies.
• Competitor Analysis: Analyze sales records and stock levels of current stock, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
• Flow Contest and Competitive Opportunities: Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape, identifying new opportunities and making recommendations to improve market share.
