Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound calls in a positive and professional manner, providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries.
- Aid in all Customer Service functions of order entry while abiding by the procedures set forth by management within the customer support centers.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email in a clear, concise, and timely manner.
- Establish working relationships with clients, potential clients, and companies we represent on the phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Suggest opportunities to improve the quality and efficiency of our customer service operation.
- Understand the mechanics of our services and provide competent assistance to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience; previous experience in a call center or customer support environment is an asset.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to type at a minimum of 30-35 words per minute (WPM).
- Up-to-date anti-virus protection installed on personal computer; always scan mode.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of customer service experience.
- Previous experience in a remote work environment.
