Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound calls in a positive and professional manner, providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries.
  • Aid in all Customer Service functions of order entry while abiding by the procedures set forth by management within the customer support centers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email in a clear, concise, and timely manner.
  • Establish working relationships with clients, potential clients, and companies we represent on the phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Suggest opportunities to improve the quality and efficiency of our customer service operation.
  • Understand the mechanics of our services and provide competent assistance to customers.

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience; previous experience in a call center or customer support environment is an asset.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to type at a minimum of 30-35 words per minute (WPM).
  • Up-to-date anti-virus protection installed on personal computer; always scan mode.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience.
  • Previous experience in a remote work environment.
  • Certification in customer service or a related field.
  • Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
