Job Overview

As a Customer Support Specialist in our team, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, providing technical and non-technical assistance via phone, email, and chat. Your goal will be to resolve customer inquiries efficiently and effectively, ensuring a positive experience and building trust with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming calls, emails, and chats in Lithuanian and Russian, providing timely and accurate support to clients.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to clients, escalating complex problems to senior support specialists as needed.
  • Document customer interactions, updating records and providing valuable insights to improve service delivery.
  • Treat clients with respect, adhering to company policies and procedures, and promoting a positive brand image.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and managers to share knowledge, best practices, and feedback, driving continuous improvement.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Lithuanian (C1 level) and good command of Russian and English (B2 level).
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment, is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with technology products or services.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and ticketing systems.
  • Knowledge of technical troubleshooting and problem-solving methodologies.
