Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Bensenville, IL Pay: From $27-$31/hr, based off experience Blazer Jobs is interviewing qualified Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for a school-based position in Bensenville, IL. This is a rewarding opportunity to work under BCBA supervision and support students in achieving their behavioral and academic goals. Requirements: • Current RBT certification through BACB • Illinois Paraprofessional Educator License (ELS) required for school employment • High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred • Background and fingerprint clearance Responsibilities: • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans • Provide direct 1:1 or small group support for students • Collect and record data on student progress • Work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families Why Work with Blazer Jobs?
