About this Position:
Job Title: Remote Role - ServiceNow Implementation Specialist - Citizens Only
Required Qualifications:
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in SAM, HAM, or ITOM (depending on assigned module).
• Module configuration, OOTB feature setup, license & asset lifecycle configuration, test case execution.
• 5+ years of experience implementing ServiceNow SAM and/or HAM modules (as required by the PWS).
• Proven hands-on experience in:
• Module configuration.
• OOTB feature setup.
• License and asset lifecycle configuration.
• Test case execution.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience implementing ServiceNow SAM and HAM modules.
• Resumes and applicable Service Now certification documentation (signed by individual for verification) will be submitted for key individuals proposed and scheduled to work on this effort for proof of experience, skills and expertise.
