A company is looking for a Trainer to facilitate training for new hires and existing employees in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
• Train new hires and existing employees on Contact center work for a US Healthcare client
• Facilitate classes and manage on-the-job training and certification processes
• Identify gaps in processes and conduct workshops on industry trends
Required Qualifications
• High school or equivalent education required
• Call center experience is required
• Knowledge of Adult Learning and curriculum development
• Previous experience with training techniques and presentation skills
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
