- Reviewing and completing Enrichment Tasks as defined and trained by our clients
- Accurately entering application data, verifying vendor resources, board certifications, and following up with various state boards for statuses
- Transferring data from various sources into electronic files and/or digital databases systems
- Sorting and organizing data to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Managing inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Verifying information provided by third-party entities using online databases to cross-check information
- Performing additional duties and tasks as required by blithequark
