**Key Responsibilities**
As a Content & Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that drives customer engagement and sales
* Creating high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our target audience
* Developing and maintaining a style guide, content library, and analytics dashboard to track performance and inform future content decisions
* Participating in fast prototyping and testing to ensure seamless user experiences
* Working closely with IT and Product Management teams to integrate content with our cloud-based applications and drive business outcomes
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Marketing, Communications, English)
* 8+ years of experience working with content development teams and local partners, with a strong understanding of geo-specific markets
* Proven expertise in content streamlining through UI/UX and digital marketing to drive sales
* In-depth knowledge of Apple products, features, and applications
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex metrics into actionable content strategies
* Experience with customer experience management tools, such as Adobe Experience Director
