Description:
Looking for a reliable virtual assistant to manage my U.S.-based Airbnb remotely. Tasks include:
Responding to guest messages and booking inquiries
Coordinating check-ins/check-outs
Scheduling and paying cleaners or maintenance
Managing guest payments and issues
Requirements:
Fluent English speaker
Experience with Airbnb or short-term rentals
Organized and reliable
Able to work U.S. Eastern Time hours
Pay: percentage of income or monthly flat rate
