As a Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you will play a critical role in creating memorable service interactions across multiple channels, including email, chat, phone, text, and social media. Your key responsibilities will include:

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • 6 months to 3 years of contact center experience within the last 2 years.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, with Salesforce experience being a plus.
  • Experience working remotely and managing your own schedule.
  • The ability to see, talk, and hear to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • The ability to perform job duties while sitting or standing for prolonged periods.

Technology Requirements for a Seamless Remote Work Experience

To ensure a smooth and productive remote work experience, you will need:

  • A fast and reliable internet connection (25 MBPS download required) with an Ethernet hookup strongly preferred.
  • A backup location and internet connection in case of an outage.
  • A working camera for training sessions and 1:1 conversations.
  • A working headset with a microphone for clear communication.
