As a Business Analyst at blithequark, you will be an integral part of the Benefit Development and Backing team, providing high-level analytical support to drive business decisions. This cross-functional role will require collaboration with various stakeholders, including Sales, Field Operations, Benefit Development Management (PGM), Finance, Enterprise Planning, and Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-and post-analysis of client programs, strategic initiatives, new product launches, operational changes, and marketing projects to support business decision-making.
• Analyze the performance of various pilot initiatives using testing frameworks such as A/B Testing.
• Maintain and update necessary tools based on business requirements, such as BPM or Course Planning models.
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, and gaps in reporting and processes, and provide solutions to address them.
• Proactively search for trends and patterns in the data to identify opportunities or areas for improvement.
• Support the design and development of blithequark tools to improve financial targets and value chain capabilities.
• Model business scenarios based on known data sets and business needs/requirements.
• Provide ad-hoc analyses and reporting as needed, and design executive dashboards.
• Perform other related and assigned tasks.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, or Operations, with a focus on analysis, modeling, or forecasting.
• Strong Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLookups, and modeling capabilities.
• Data visualization skills using tools like Tableau or Microsoft Power BI.
• Proficiency in other MS Office applications, such as PowerPoint, Access, Word, and Visio.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of Profit and Loss Statements.
• Ability to balance long-term and short-term needs, managing multiple complex tasks.
• Strong collaboration and change management skills.
• Ability to work independently with strong accountability.
• Entrepreneurial thinking to drive innovation in total system service.
• Commitment to continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications
