As a Business Analyst at blithequark, you will be an integral part of the Benefit Development and Backing team, providing high-level analytical support to drive business decisions. This cross-functional role will require collaboration with various stakeholders, including Sales, Field Operations, Benefit Development Management (PGM), Finance, Enterprise Planning, and Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct pre-and post-analysis of client programs, strategic initiatives, new product launches, operational changes, and marketing projects to support business decision-making.
- Analyze the performance of various pilot initiatives using testing frameworks such as A/B Testing.
- Maintain and update necessary tools based on business requirements, such as BPM or Course Planning models.
- Identify errors, inconsistencies, and gaps in reporting and processes, and provide solutions to address them.
- Proactively search for trends and patterns in the data to identify opportunities or areas for improvement.
- Support the design and development of blithequark tools to improve financial targets and value chain capabilities.
- Model business scenarios based on known data sets and business needs/requirements.
- Provide ad-hoc analyses and reporting as needed, and design executive dashboards.
- Perform other related and assigned tasks.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, or Operations, with a focus on analysis, modeling, or forecasting.
- Strong Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLookups, and modeling capabilities.
- Data visualization skills using tools like Tableau or Microsoft Power BI.
- Proficiency in other MS Office applications, such as PowerPoint, Access, Word, and Visio.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of Profit and Loss Statements.
- Ability to balance long-term and short-term needs, managing multiple complex tasks.
- Strong collaboration and change management skills.
- Ability to work independently with strong accountability.
- Entrepreneurial thinking to drive innovation in total system service.
- Commitment to continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications

- Advanced Excel skills, including Visual Basic, simulations, solver, and SQL.

- Knowledge of Edge Minder (Notable Intelligent Digger) or other data mining/sales reporting tools.
- Familiarity with SharePoint.
- Operational understanding of selling, delivery, warehouse, and production processes.
- Project management or consulting experience.
