**Responsibilities**
As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer support through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, and your role will be to resolve their queries, address their concerns, and provide them with the support they need to succeed.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
* Responding to customer inquiries and resolving their queries in a timely and professional manner
* Providing product information, troubleshooting, and technical support to customers
* Escalating complex issues to senior team members or management as needed
* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolving issues
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
* Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with product knowledge and customer service best practices
**Requirements**
To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
* A computer running an authentic/validated/native copy of Windows 10, 11, or the most current macOS (Macs cannot be more than 5 years old)
* A USB headset and webcam
* At least one 15" or larger monitor
* Internet speed of at least 2 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload (a direct Ethernet connection is preferred)
* Ability to sit for extended periods of time
* Manual dexterity and typing skills (40 WPM with 80% accuracy)
* Quiet and distraction-free workspace
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
**Preferred Qualifications**
While the above requirements are essential for the role, we're also looking for candidates with the following preferred qualifications:
* Previous customer service experience in a call center or remote setting
