About the Role

As a Virtual Customer Care Advisor at blithequark, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing top-notch support and guidance on a range of healthcare-related topics. You'll have the flexibility to work from home, with a schedule that may vary to meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers and other advisors via phone, email, and web with questions about billing/insurance verification, products, or services.
• Manage incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries.
• Carefully identify the answers to customer questions, taking ownership of issues and resolving them whenever possible.
• Provide technical assistance to customers while browsing our online platforms.
• Serve customers in a timely manner, maximizing our relationship with them and building long-term connections.
• Assist with customer inquiries regarding their insurance and payments, as well as shipping needs.
• Deliver exceptional service experiences, operating in a fast-paced environment that demands flexibility and adaptability.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent.
• More than 6 months of professional experience in computer and web applications.
• Multi-tasking experience and phone and computer skills.
• A high-speed internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.
• The ability to work in a private environment, free from distractions.
• Flexibility to change your schedule frequently, with two weeks' notice.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge:

• More than one year of relevant experience in customer service via phone or email.
• Excellent communication skills (spoken and written).
• Experience working in a customer service or call center environment.
• Work experience in the medical field.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced work environment while consistently meeting productivity and quality standards.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team.
