Key Responsibilities

• Respond to client requests and inquiries via phone and chat, providing personalized support and solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
• Demonstrate high standards for quality service and maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and procedures
• Work in tandem with the quality and training team to self-manage performance expectations and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions in our proprietary call center database
• Communicate with customers in a proactive and professional manner across multiple communication channels, including phone, chat, and email
• Develop relationships with clients, even in difficult situations, and provide advice and counsel in a quick and efficient manner

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a business or professional environment, preferably in the service industry
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with clear diction, tone, and knowledge of proper grammar
• Strong desire to be helpful and take ownership to resolve customer situations

Training and Development

We offer a comprehensive training program to ensure your success in this role. Our paid training starts on October 25, 2024, and includes:

• New Hire Orientation: Friday, October 25, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm EST
• Training Schedule: Sunday, October 27 - Thursday, October 31, 12:00 pm EST - 8:30 pm EST
• Nesting on Week 2: Will be the same as your Production Schedule

Work Schedule

We offer a variety of work schedules to accommodate your needs, including:

• 5x8 - 5 Day work week: 8-hour shifts, 1 weekend day and 4 weekdays in the evenings (3:40 pm EST - 12:10 am EST)
• 5x8 - 5 Day work week: 8-hour shifts, 1 weekend day and 4 weekdays (7:00 am - 5:00 pm EST)
• 4x10 - 4 Day work week: 10-hour shift, 1:00 pm EST - 12:00 am EST

Equipment and Technology Requirements

To ensure success in this role, you'll need to have the following equipment and technology:

• Windows-based computer (Macbook and Chromebooks are not compatible)
• Dual monitors with a resolution of 1280 x 1024 (SXGA) or 1920 x 1080 (Full HD or 1080p)
• Hard-wired internet connection with a minimum speed of 45 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
• Two available USB 2.0 or greater ports
