Full-Time Remote Live Chat Support Specialist
We are seeking a dedicated remote support specialist to manage after-hours live chat enquiries for our two businesses. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customer interactions efficiently and professionally.
This is a full-time position requiring availability (QLD Australia time)
5:00pm until 8:30AM M-F
1:30pm until 9AM Saturday
12:00pm Sunday until 8:30am Monday.
Customer service experience is essential, and candidates will be taught the necessary software, but computer proficiency is a must.
