About the Internship

As a Quality Control Standards Data Analyst Intern at blithequark, you'll be part of a dynamic team that drives a culture of safety, efficiency, and innovation. This 12-week internship, scheduled from May 21 to August 9, 2024, will provide you with hands-on experience in data analysis, process improvement, and compliance. You'll work closely with our Quality Control team to identify trends, develop insights, and present recommendations that drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform data collection, validation, and root cause analysis on data elements to support quality control initiatives.
• Assist in creating and delivering results from complex data and analysis to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Respond to ad-hoc queries related to emerging maintenance issues and provide analytical support to senior leadership.
• Present insights, trends, and potential recommendations using data visualization tools to facilitate stakeholder understanding.
• Develop and distribute specific queries to pull and integrate data from various sources, establishing the cadence and validating the need for data requirements.
• Identify process anomalies through audits and communicate findings to the team.
• Evaluate process effectiveness by monitoring for trends and errors.
• Ensure a compliance mindset is at the center of every decision.
• Perform other work-related tasks as directed by the team leader.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this internship, you must:

• Be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Have excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office.
