Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our team. Essential Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a healthcare or related field; experience with healthcare products or services a plus
  • Strong computer navigational skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
  • Exceptional listening and comprehension skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide personalized support
  • Professional and courteous demeanor, with a strong customer-oriented approach
