Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and enter orders accurately and efficiently in SAP, ensuring that sales are captured and customer satisfaction is maintained.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, using multiple customer support tools and conducting research in SAP as needed.
• Maintain world-class standards by performing against department scorecards and metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to exceed service requirements.
• Build and manage relationships with customers and contacts at each business unit, providing consultative support and recommendations to meet their needs.
• Identify opportunities to increase customer retention, maintain customer confidence, and protect operations by keeping information confidential and suggesting alternatives to out-of-stock or limited quantity items.
• Conduct safe and responsible interactions with the public, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.

Essential Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or equivalent training and work experience.
