Job Summary
As a Work From Home Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries, providing accurate information about our products and services, and resolving customer complaints in a professional and empathetic manner. You'll work in a fast-paced, remote environment and be expected to meet or exceed performance objectives for productivity and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer requests promptly and effectively, responding to customer inquiries via telephone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products, services, and policies, ensuring that customers have a positive experience.
- Assist customers with navigating our online portals and tools, resolving technical issues, and addressing concerns.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues on a case-by-case basis, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions, ensuring that customers feel valued and supported.
- Meet or exceed performance objectives for productivity and quality, adhering to established standards and guidelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
