We're seeking an experienced Teledriver to join our team in the US. As a Teledriver at Vay, you'll be at the forefront of our operations, working closely with our engineering team to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of our services. As a Teledriver at Vay, your key responsibilities will include:- Remotely driving vehicles to/from customers or transferring vehicles within the operating area via a remote driving station.
- Interacting with Vay users and providing excellent customer service.
- Performing test drives as a safety driver or teledriver according to test protocols.
- Supporting our engineering team with data collection and test reports as necessary.
- Performing other fleet and administrative tasks to support operations and positive customer experiences.
The Ideal Candidate
We're looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a passion for technology and driving. The ideal candidate will have:- A US driving license and at least 2 years of driving experience with Uber, Lyft, taxi, or similar.
- Experience with gaming or a strong familiarity with technology.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Google Workplace knowledge (e.g., G-Docs, Sheets, and or Slides).
- Interest in autonomous driving and mobility.
