Airbnb Co-Host Needed for 1 Week (3 Properties)
I’m looking for an experienced Airbnb co-host to help manage three properties for one week. The ideal candidate will have prior co-hosting experience, be responsive, professional, and comfortable handling guest communication and resolving any issues that may arise during a stay.
Details:
• Dates: the week of 8/24-9/1
• Properties: 3 homes (all in North Lake Tahoe)
Hours of availability: 7 am to 10 PM PST
• Responsibilities:
• Handle all guest messaging in a friendly and timely manner
• Address and coordinate any issues or maintenance needs
• Follow existing house rules and procedures
• Training: Brief training will be provided before the start date
• Pay: $20 per property for the week ($60 total)
• Future Opportunities: This role could lead to ongoing work when I’m away for longer periods
Requirements:
• Proven Airbnb co-host or short-term rental management experience
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable phone and internet access
