Remote Customer Account Agent (Entry Level)

Duties

• Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer feedback and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using Microsoft Office and other data entry systems.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve overall customer experience.
• Utilize strong communication skills to convey information clearly and professionally.
• Handle cash transactions accurately when necessary, ensuring adherence to company policies.
• Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as required.
Requirements
• Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service or call center environments preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
• Ability to handle cash transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
• Strong typing skills for efficient data entry.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with good analysis skills.
