[Remote] Remote Communications Analyst -EHR Veteran Affairs w2

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Intime Infotech Inc is supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs in their Electronic Health Record Modernization Integration Office program. They are seeking a Communications Analyst to ensure compliance of communications materials and collaborate with teams to track and manage issues effectively. Responsibilities • Support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Electronic Health Record Modernization Integration Office (EHRM-IO) program as an End-User Engagement and Adoption (EUEA) Communications Analyst. • Reviews and ensures 508 compliance for all EUEA-produced materials and communications including all outward facing dashboards, websites, and other materials. • Collaborates with the CM and training teams to ensure 508 compliance is part of strategies and plans as appropriate. • Ensures items are proactively tracked and managed and issues are identified and escalated early. Skills • 5 years’ experience • 5+ years of professional work experience • Must have experience in creating, applying and maintaining tools to track program, project, or task performance data, including cost, schedule, and performance data. • Must have experience in the creation of routine and ad hoc reports. • Must be able to provide oral and written discussion of analytical findings using narrative and graphic forms. • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or an additional 8 years of relevant experience may be substituted for degree requirements • Experience in the VA • Experience implementing electronic health records Education Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree in a Business Discipline Company Overview • In-Time Infotech Inc: Empowering Talent, Delivering Excellence In-Time Infotech Inc is a globally recognized talent search and professional consulting firm dedicated to helping businesses find, manage, and retain the best human capital in a rapidly evolving world.
