Job Summary

blithequark is seeking an experienced Full Stack Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer to join our team in designing, building, and launching customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and more. As a key member of our Identity and Access Management team, you will be responsible for integrating packages in SailPoint to enhance our protection and governance posture. You will work with international-class software and platform groups to design software integrations that fit a scalable, nimble shape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and launch customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and Joiner, Mover, and Leaver within IIQ
  • Experience in installation management and troubleshooting of IAM solutions in an enterprise environment
  • SailPoint implementation experience with strong IAM domain exceptional practices, design, and maintenance knowledge
  • Implementation of JML events, custom/ OOTB LCM Workflows to meet business requirements
  • Robust knowledge on WebServices, RestAPI & SCIM API connectors and Provisioning policies to customize software onboarding

What You'll Bring

  • Strong exposure to identity management, access control, RBAC, role mining, access aggregation/certification, and Federation
  • Strong experience with change deployment/ release management experience
  • Experience with Java, JavaScript, XML, DSML, Linux, Tomcat, Oracle, SQL Server, etc.
  • Tremendous mindset and problem-solving skills

Minimal Qualifications

The following are the required minimal qualifications for this function:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field
  • 3 years' experience in systems and infrastructure engineering or related field at a technology, retail, or data-driven company

Preferred Qualifications

The following qualifications are preferred:

  • Experience with SailPoint implementation and integration
  • Strong knowledge of IAM domain exceptional practices
  • Experience with Java, JavaScript, XML, DSML, Linux, Tomcat, Oracle, SQL Server, etc.
