Independent Sales Representative (Commission-Only)

Location: Northern New Jersey (Hybrid / Local Territory) Company: Virtual View LLC Virtual View LLC is a New Jersey–based company specializing in 3D LiDAR scanning, virtual tours, existing conditions, as-built documentation & 2D CAD Floor Plans for architects, engineers, real estate professionals, and local businesses. Our work helps clients visualize spaces, streamline workflows, and elevate their marketing. We’re seeking a motivated Independent Sales Representative (1099) to help grow our client base across architecture, construction, and real estate. This is a commission-only role ideal for someone with experience in B2B sales, real estate, or design services who’s confident building relationships and closing deals. What You’ll Do • Identify and contact potential clients in architecture, engineering, real estate, and business sectors. • Present Virtual View’s services and develop client relationships. • Follow up, close deals, and maintain repeat business. Compensation • 30% commission up to 2,500 sq. ft. • 25% commission for 2,501–5,000 sq. ft. • 20% commission for 5,001–10,000 sq. ft. • 15% commission over 10,000 sq. ft. • Repeat Client Incentive: +10% on returning clients you bring in. • Payment issued after cleared client payment. No earnings cap. What We’re Looking For • Confident communicator and relationship builder. • Familiarity with real estate, construction, or architectural services (a plus). • Self-motivated, organized, and professional. • Reliable transportation for local meetings.
