Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Requirements

- Bilingual Spanish and English language skills are required, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
- High School Diploma or GED is required, with a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
- Must be over 18 years of age and have the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- 6 months of call center experience is preferred, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
- Ability to type 25 words per minute, with comfort using desktop computer systems and Windows operating systems
