Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell and execute promotions, secure placement of equipment, and use point-of-sale (POS) materials to grow sales and drive customer engagement
  • Restock and build displays, sections, and racks, keeping them in an aligned manner with labels facing outward, and rotate products to ensure that stores follow a first-in-first-out stocking system within retail accounts
  • Maintain backrooms by organizing and consolidating back stock each day, ensuring a clean and safe working environment
  • Support the team as a retail sales representative, responsible for conveying account activities to relevant stakeholders and providing exceptional customer service
  • Transport and replace POS advertising and inventory levels, ensuring that all promotional materials are up-to-date and accurately displayed
  • Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing business needs

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on attention to detail and accuracy
  • Physical ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds, with frequent standing, walking, and climbing

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in the beverage industry or a related field, with knowledge of sales and marketing principles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop strategic plans to drive growth
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience using sales and customer relationship management software
