**Responsibilities**
As a Seasonal Chat & Phone Tech Support/Customer Service Agent at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
* Providing basic technical support via phone or chat to our customers
* Delivering an exceptional support experience that meets or exceeds customer expectations
* Interacting and communicating effectively with a variety of customers, including those with diverse backgrounds and needs
* Providing a memorable and delightful experience that leaves a lasting impression on our customers

**Requirements**
To be considered for this role, you must:

* Have a High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
* Be flexible to meet the needs of the business
* Have a reliable internet connection with a speed of at least 5.0 Mbps Down/ 5.0 Mbps Up
* Have a working phone line, either a home phone or mobile
* Have a dedicated workspace with a noise/distraction-free environment
* Have a desk and an ergonomic chair
**Equipment and Internet Requirements**
To ensure you have everything you need to succeed, we require:
* A 19-inch standalone monitor
* A hardwired internet connection (no satellite or wireless)
* A working phone line (home phone or mobile)
* A dedicated workspace with a noise/distraction-free environment
