LVN Shift Nurse Yuba Sutter

Location: This role requires you to travel to the patient’s home in the Yuba Sutter area each shift. Schedule: You are invited to apply for a full-time role of up to 40 hours per week, or a part-time role to fulfill the patient’s daily needs. Compensation: Pay range is $21 to $26 per hour. Exact compensation is based on skills and experience. Responsibilities: • Bathing and personal care • Wound care • Assist with transfers from bed to chair via Hoyer lift • Trach/Ventilator Care • Medication management • Tube feedings • Maintenance of compliant clinical records Essential Requirements: • Current California State license as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) • BLS Certification • Valid California Driver’s License, and eligible to be insured under our liability policy with a clean DMV report • Your own vehicle and proof of current auto insurance • One year experience as a home health care provider • Current CPR certification PPE is provided to all employees Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Certifications • Ability to work with others, at all levels within the organization, and collaborate effectively. • Above-average interpersonal, problem-solving, and written and oral communication skills. • Professional behavior when on duty Physical Requirements: Conditional upon job offer is successfully passing a medical exam that tests amongst other things the ability to move, visual acuity, and hearing acuity. Physical requirement for this role specifically include • Sits, stands, bends, lifts, walks, and moves intermittently during working hours • Able to lift to 50 pounds without assistance • Able to drive intermittently Benefits You will receive a monthly phone stipend. Leave accrues starting on your first day of employment, and you can take paid vacation, sick and holiday leave after 90 days. We offer a 401(k) matching up to 4% after 1 year of employment and 1,000 hours worked.
