Claims Inside Property Adjuster (New Grad)
About the position
Responsibilities
• Virtually inspect property damages and review policies to apply proper coverage.
• Prepare estimates within Xm8 and settle claims promptly and accurately.
• Interact with customers, contractors, and vendors through various software platforms such as Xactimate and ClaimsX Video Collaboration.
• Handle various property perils, primarily focusing on water damage claims.
• Manage claims involving non-complex structural damages under 25-30K or 4-5 rooms or less.
• Process claims for contents/personal property of under 100 items and ALE under a few months.
Requirements
• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree with an expected graduation date of December 2023 or Spring 2024.
• Ability to work in a fully remote, home-based role with a secure internet connection.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Customer-centric approach with digital literacy.
Nice-to-haves
• Experience with claims processing or insurance-related roles.
• Familiarity with Xactimate and ClaimsX Video Collaboration software.
