Manager, IT Testing

We are searching for a highly skilled and motivated Manager, IT Testing to join the team at Conduent. The ideal candidate will lead a team of IT Testing personnel and manage the design and implementation of quality assurance standards to ensure the highest levels of performance and reliability.The successful Manager, IT Testing will have strong technical expertise in software testing, a demonstrated track record of successful project implementations, and a passion for leading a team to success. We are looking for someone with excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills who is able to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field• 5+ years of IT testing experience, with a minimum of two years in a leadership role• In-depth knowledge of software development life cycle and software testing practices• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills• Proven ability to work as part of a team and as an individual contributor• Demonstrated success leading projects to completion on time and within budget• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of IT Testing personnel in the design and implementation of quality assurance standards to ensure the highest levels of performance and reliability. Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of software development life cycle and software testing practices. Create, document and review test plans and processes for software applications and systems. Monitor the progress of IT Testing personnel to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Provide guidance to team members to ensure tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner. Identify issues and suggest solutions to improve the quality of software applications and systems. Collaborate with other departments to ensure that IT Testing processes are in line with the company's goals and objectives. Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and third-party contractors. Track and report on project timelines, costs, and progress. Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
