In this full-time, remote role, you’ll support our Telehealth Nurse Practitioners by driving quality initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance, and advancing clinical excellence. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to improve care for a diverse, nationwide patient population — all while being part of a mission-driven, fast-growing health tech company. Key Responsibilities Lead and support quality improvement initiatives across clinical programs Identify, manage, and ensure timely follow-up on clinical discrepancies Conduct audits and compliance assessments to meet regulatory standards Provide training and education on best practices and quality procedures Analyze clinical and operational data to guide improvements and policy updates Requirements Registered Nurse (RN) Experience in quality assurance or quality control Deep understanding of nursing standards and familiarity with laboratory operations.
