- Design, deploy, and maintain Microsoft server environments, including Windows Server 2012/2016/2019/2022, Active Directory, and Group Policy objects.
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Remote Desktop Services (RDS) and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) solutions, ensuring high availability and optimal user experience.
- Administer Microsoft 365 (Office 365) tenant services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and security compliance features.
- Implement and sustain Cisco and Cisco Meraki networking solutions—switches, routers, VPN concentrators, and wireless access points—tailored to each client’s architecture.
