Your primary responsibilities will include: * Conducting service appointments with members, including body fat analysis, nutritional counseling, proper use of fitness equipment, and proper form of exercises * Advising members on ways to achieve their fitness goals and developing individualized exercise programs consistent with their personal fitness and exercise goals * Continually monitoring and assisting members to ensure proper form is used when performing exercises * Ensuring facility cleanliness and tidiness * Responsible for achieving monthly revenue goal established by the Fitness Manager * Partnering with membership sales team to help new members achieve their fitness goals with personal training **Qualifications & Requirements** To be successful as a Personal Trainer at Gold's Gym DC Metro Area, you will need to possess the following qualifications and requirements: * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Experience in designing and implementing fitness regimens * Current CPR and AED certification (hands-on certification) * Online certifications are not accepted * College degree in a fitness-related field with relevant work experience is preferred but not required * Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday * Ability to lift up to 25 pounds * Sufficient hearing to understand conversations, both in person and on the telephone **Skills and Competencies** To excel as a Personal Trainer at Gold's Gym DC Metro Area, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills * Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines * Strong knowledge of fitness principles and exercise science * Ability to design and implement effective fitness programs **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** As a Personal Trainer at Gold's Gym DC Metro Area, you will have opportunities for career growth and professional development.
